This weekend marks 100 days until Election Day 2018, and the start of 100 Days of Action for Team Tom. For the next 100 days the Malinowski campaign will be conducting voter contact efforts across the district. Everyday voters will be hearing from Tom and our base of over 700 unique volunteers ready to bring real change to this district.
“I’m am grateful and humbled by the outpouring of support the community has shown this campaign,” said Malinowski. “Voters in this district are tired of being represented by a typical politician ready to say anything to keep himself in office. The stakes are too high now. We need a representative with convictions.”
This Saturday, Malinowski will be be kicking off 100 Days of Action with a district-wide tour, launching canvasses and phone banks in Morris, Union, Somerset, Hunterdon, and Warren Counties. This day will be made possible by volunteers from the Malinowski Campaign, local democratic municipal clubs, SwingLeft, Moms Demand Action, Summit Area Indivisible, Indivisible Central Jersey, and Action Together NJ. The campaign expects more than 150 volunteers engaging in voter contact efforts around the district between 10am and 5pm.
“We’re going to make our presence felt,” said Malinowski Campaign Manager Colston Reid. “The days of sleepy Republican victories in this district are behind us. Lance is not battle-tested and we’re going to give him the fight of his life.”
Since the primary, the Malinowski Campaign has already knocked over 38,000 doors and made more than 54,000 phone calls. Compounding these efforts is the incredible work being done by grassroots partners conducting their own independent voter contact efforts.
